During my tenure, I:

• Assisted the product owner, founder, and head of technology in maintaining the product roadmap, structuring epics, planning sprints, writing feature stories, tasks, and bug reports
• Was responsible for user acceptance testing and end-to-end manual regression testing of the whole application each week
• Built a cypress end-to-end testing suite for the whole application with 90% coverage
• Helped designed the swimlanes UI for the applicant tracking system
• Manually upgraded material UI across the whole application in the days before LLMs

The system features sophisticated applicant tracking, automated matching algorithms, and streamlined booking processes that reduce administrative overhead for schools while maximizing earning potential for educators. Through regional supply pools managed by Local Authorities and MATs, TeacherBooker creates a sustainable ecosystem that addresses the critical supply teacher shortage while ensuring educational continuity across the country.
