From 2021-2023, I led the development and maintenance of XeroE's iOS and Android mobile applications for couriers and warehouse staff.
The applications enabled efficient route planning, parcel tracking, and delivery confirmation, helping XeroE maintain its sustainable logistics operations.

The courier app included features like barcode scanning, real-time routing, proof of delivery capture, and live status updates. These tools were essential for XeroE's operations, allowing them to provide reliable and efficient zero-emission delivery services.
The warehouse application helped staff manage inventory, prepare packages, and coordinate with couriers, ensuring smooth operations across the delivery network.
