In the summer of 2022, I joined founder Electrician writer artist Harrison Moore and designer Ben Dunn-Flores exploring the world of construction funded by Royal College of Art InnovationRCA. Together we explored ways to make the construction industry more equitable for the workers on the ground. We explored an application to allow construction workers to manage their own job search process, an application to allow workers to find sites with available work and ultimately visited construction sites to perform surveys of workers to improve worker conditions on site.
